2 – Deadline for Sibling Applications
5 – Pre-K through Grade 4 group screening and testing will take place during the week of December 5
16 – Applications for Fall of 2012 and admission fee is due. Applications received after December 16 will
be considered on a rolling basis

January 2012

7 – ISEE test administered at Stanwich East Campus for Grades 5 through 11. Registration for the
January 7 test must be made before December 17

 

February 2012

24 Letters of Notification
The Admissions Committee mails letters of notification on for the first round by February 24

• Application and Fee ($75 payable to The Stanwich School)

• Tour and Interview for grades Pre-K through Grade 4 - parents only.

• Tour and Interview for Grades 5 through 11- student and parents

• Screening for Pre-K to Grade 4

• ISEE Examination for all applicants fro Grade 5 through 11. Please contact ISEE directly to schedule a time and place for the exam. Exam must be taken on or before January 7

• Common Report and Transcript Release form For Grades 1 through 11

• Transcripts. Please include current year report card and previous year final report card

• Common Recommendation Form For Grade Pre-K through Grade 4

• English Teacher Recommendation Form For Grades 5 through 11

• Math Teacher Recommendation Form For Grades 5 through 11

• Extra-Curricular Recommendation Form For Grades 5 through 11

• Graded Writing Sample For Grades 5 through 11

• Financial Aid Forms (if applicable
